Step 2:
Submit Your Details
Complete your patient profile, fill out the medical intake form, and submit payment—all conveniently through the Patient Portal.
Step 3:
Choose Your Treatment
Step 4:
Lab & Consult
Payment
After selecting your preferred method of treatment, you will pay for your initial labs and consult with our medical team. We’ll send you an at-home lab kit for a quick and easy blood test.
Step 5:
Lab Results & Telehealth Consultation
Once you return your bloodwork, our team will analyze the results and schedule a telehealth consultation with one of our medical professionals. We’ll review your treatment options during this appointment and walk you through the entire TRT process.
Step 6:
Medication Delivered to
Your Door
Your first month of medication will be shipped directly to you for easy self-administration after we receive payment for your 3-month subscription.
Step 7:
Second Round of Bloodwork
After your first month of treatment, you’ll receive a second at-home lab kit to submit another round of bloodwork, which will help us evaluate your progress.
Step 8:
Review & Adjust Treatment
Once your second set of bloodwork is analyzed, we’ll notify you via the Patient Portal to schedule a follow-up consultation. Together, we’ll review your results and adjust your medication as needed.
Step 9:
Ongoing Care
After your month-one follow-up, you’ll move forward with your updated prescription. We’ll continue monitoring your progress with quarterly lab tests and consults to ensure optimal results.
